Tex-Air Delivery has been providing timely freight transportation and excellent customer service since September of 1983. Our company’s initial goal was to provide the best solution for transporting goods locally in the DFW metroplex, and have since expanded to international shipping as well. We are strategically located in Grapevine, Texas, near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This allows us to fulfill airport transfers and international shipping in a timely manner. Large Modern Fleet

Our team operates a current fleet of cargo vans, reefers, flatbeds, sprinter vans, roller beds, high cubes, 24‘/26′ straight trucks, 48’ and 53’ tractor-trailers, and more! We can handle almost all cargo in the metroplex. We offer a range of specialized equipment too, which can be obtained with advanced notification.

Central Location, Optimal for Transportation

Tex-Air Delivery is located in a modern 80,000 square feet facility near the DFW Airport. Our warehouse is secured by the use of video cameras and an externally monitored alarm system. Our central location enables us to provide prompt service with an instant response to the critical needs and requirements of our valuable customers. As a bonded carrier and CFS authorized by U.S. Customs, Tex-Air Delivery is capable of handling international shipments. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff is in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the transportation and security of international, as well as domestic cargo.

We raise the bar in standards, technology, and customer service. Our team has a lot of energy invested in technology and thinking outside the box. Our technology allows for automated processes, such as communicating information electronically (EDI/API) for alerts, status updates, pickups, deliveries, and billing.

All Tex-Air Delivery vehicles are equipped with modern GPS tracking devices and are monitored by our operations personnel, via the internet at all times. Additionally, all drivers and operational personnel are equipped with Nextel radios to insure instant, accurate communications.

David Nickel, our chief financial officer, has been in the transportation industry since 1969 and has been servicing the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1982. Before coming to Tex-Air Delivery in 1988, David held positions with Braniff Airlines and Burlington Air Express. David graduated from Florida International University in 1978 with a BS degree in Math.
